The AJC reports that Senior Superior Court Judge Stephen Schuster has thrown out a misdemeanor charge against state Rep. Trey Kelley, R-Cedartown, ruling that the representative’s failure to call 911 in response to a fatal crash wasn’t reckless conduct.
