At 5:20 p.m., a major gas leak was continuing just behind Henderson and Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, at the intersection of Old Summerville Road and McGrady Road. From Cartersville Police: Four people are in custody, including two juveniles, all facing multiple charges of criminal damage to property in the second degree. Traffic both into and out of Cartersville on Ga. 20 is crawling at best this evening following at least one traffic accident. Motorists heading east toward Cartersville report long lines of traffic, mostly at a standstill. ONGOING WXIA reports that a  55-year-old Cartersville motorcyclist is among the eight fatalities recorded statewide over the Memorial Day holiday.
