At least 16 arrested Tuesday on drug, other charges at four locations on Martha Berry by Metro Drug Task Force, Rome Police, sheriff’s office.

Floyd County Jail records show as many as 16 people were arrested Tuesday at four spots on Martha Berry Boulevard: 1105 (Relax Inn), 1204, 1803 (Economy Inn) and the intersection of West Ninth Street. GBI: Suspect in shootout with the Bartow sheriff’s office last week is in custody. Jail records show he faces eight counts including aggravated assault, obstruction of law officers.

The GBI reports that Justin Ray Green, age 39, has been arrested by the Bartow-Cartersville Drug Task Force without incident. Neither officers nor Green were injured in the original incident or subsequent arrest. He was booked into Bartow County Jail Friday night.
