The building at 608 Broad Street, home of Colosseum Escape Rooms, has been sold. According to listing agent Debra McDaniel with Toles, Temple and Wright, new owners Cindy and Garry Fricks closed on the property Friday afternoon.   October saw a 25 percent jump in home sales by members of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors vs. the same month last year.
