Huge Saturday of celebrating Christmas, from the Lindale star to Cedartown to Cave Spring. What’s next.

It was a busy Saturday for Christmas events, from Christmas in Lindale to celebrations in Cedartown, Cave Spring and Kingston. Above is the countdown to the lighting of the Star Between the Stacks courtesy of wordsmith C.C. Wilson III.

Cave Spring’s Christmas party continues today as well: Noon until 4 p.m., Rolater Park.

DEC. 6
Adairsville’s Christmas on the Square, 4 until 8 p.m. The Christmas Parade will be at 5:30 p.m., and pictures with Santa are to follow. There will be hot cocoa, hot dogs, marshmallow roasting. This is a free event. We are still accepting parade and vendor applications that can be found at: adairsvillega.net/christmas
DEC. 9
Calhoun Christmas Parade, parade starts at 7 p.m.
