Freeze watch from 10 p.m. Saturday until 9 a.m. Sunday:

Subfreezing temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s are possible Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

About last night:

The cold front’s leading edge swept through starting at 5 p.m., knocking out power to nearly 3,000 Northwest Georgia customers; spawning gusts of 33 mph; and leaving about a third of an inch of rain. (Expanded weather day report below).
