OUTLOOK

  • Almost 4 inches of rain. The official count at the airport in Armuchee is 3.93 inches between Saturday morning and 11 p.m. Monday.
  • The flash flood watch for our area was canceled just before 2 a.m. Tuesday.
  • Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are forecast across the area from Tuesday through Wednesday. Some of these storms could produce locally heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning.
