On Sept. 11, at 1:03 p.m., the Georgia State Patrol Post 38 Rome was requested to investigate a crash on Knox Street near Howard Avenue in Chattooga County.  The preliminary investigation shows a 2012 Honda Foreman 4-wheeler was traveling north on Knox Street.

The 4-wheeler crossed the centerline and was traveling north in the south lane.  The driver over-corrected to get back in the north lane and lost control of the 4-wheeler.  Both the driver and passenger of the 4-wheeler were ejected. The driver and passenger both suffered injuries in this crash.
