Family Savings Credit Union and new retail are rising quickly as part of the Highlands development spawning the four corners of U.S. 411 and Ga. 20 with more on the way. Hometown photo.

Almost every trip through the revamped U.S. 411/Ga. 20 intersection these days seems to showcase more growth at The Highlands. Tractor Supply and Speedway were among the first, later joined by Harbor Freight. These days, the steel from the new Family Savings Credit Union office is dominant as is a retail spot closer to Tractor Supply. Across the street, the Savoy Automobile Museum is really showing its collective size (tentative opening: 2021).  So what else could be on the way? (see rendering below).

J.B. Henderson Properties has huge plans as shown above. The museum and three retailers are in place or on the way, and residential, senior living, a hotel and a restaurant are on the board.
