OUTLOOK

A late blast of summer starts today through Thursday and then a little cooler by Friday.

And perhaps a whole lot wetter. The early projections from the National Weather Service show the expected remnants of Hurricane Delta could wash out our weekend with up to three inches of rain, starting early Friday. The forecast will change numerous times between now and Friday but plan accordingly. Tropics
