For more than three decades, Room Service in Central Plaza has been the go-to place for everything from custom drapes and shutters to baby gifts, kids toys (one of the first to carry Thomas the Tank Engine), invitations and other needs. Paul and Lynne Griffin, with their family, continued to expand the company even amid a rush of boutiques and big box stores. Now comes news as the Griffins are closing Room Service in order to focus on Lynne’s “window treatments and soft furnishing.”

The store closes a week from Saturday as a 60 percent clearance sale continues.
