Buzz: Gas prices stay about the same following the Labor Day holiday. Dr. Tony Daniel to sign his new book, ‘Succeeding on Purpose,’ this Saturday at Barnes & Noble.
Georgia gas prices were a mixed bag in Northwest Georgia through Monday. Several counties saw a drop of a penny or so a gallon; others showed sllight week-over-week increases.Statewide, the average was $2.04 a gallon; the national average, $2.23.
Dr. Tony Daniel has published “Succeeding On Purpose: Strategizing Your Success Through Finding and Living Your Purpose.”
Throughout the book, Daniel helps readers find an answer to the “why” in their lives. He takes readers on a journey beyond the concept of purpose to a systematic process that will help readers find their purpose and how to create strategies that help move from success to significance.

Daniel is an Associate Professor of Management at Reinhardt University and is a management consultant specializing in Leadership and Management Development. He is a speaker about topics of leadership and organizational management. He lives in Silver Creek with his wife, Beverly.
Daniel also serves as chair of the Floyd County Board of Education.
