The colorful home of Jamwich as well as the vacant offices above it at 510 Broad St. have sold for $390,000. No changes are due at the popular restaurant.

Debra McDaniel of Toles, Temple & Wright was the selling agent; Bill Summer of Hardy Realty was the listing agent.

McDaniel says demolition and renovation of the upstairs will start soon. The new owners are architects and will occupy the second story office. Summerville attorney Bobby Lee Cook was the previous owner of the building, having bought it at auction in 2009.

The listing shows it was built in 1901 and features 8,733 square feet under roof.
