A new logistics operation is coming to Adairsville with plans for a $30 million investment and approximately 75 new full-time jobs, according to Cartersville-Bartow County Economic Development officials. An agreement was reached Friday between the Development Authority of Bartow County and Georgia North Logistics Center 2, LLC. The undisclosed company will be coming to the Georgia North Logistics Center, a 769,356 square foot building at 100 International Parkway. The building is owned by Ashley Capital.

“We will hopefully be in a position to issue a press release in the next few weeks, but unfortunately I can’t comment now,” says Tim Schneider with Ashley Capital.
