Updated: Floyd to lease ground floor of 330 Physicians Center, negotiating for second floor.

Tuesday evening update: Floyd Medical Center has a lease for the ground floor at 330 Physicians Center and is negotiating for the second floor as well, spokesman Dan Bevels says. We hope to have additional updates on Wednesday.

With a series of relocations continuing, another building adjacent to Floyd Medical Center has some vacancy.

The commercial real estate website LoopNet.com lists ample availability (59,000 square feet) on three of four floors of the 330 Physicians Center. Among the options:

  • First floor: 17,312 square feet, available in June.
  • First floor suite, 1,585 to 3,276 square feet, available in September (includes Ambulatory Surgery space).
  • Second floor, 22,010 square feet, open now (formerly Harbin Clinic Orthopedics; now at 1825 Martha Berry)
  • Fourth floor, 16,527 square feet, available in April or later (Harbin Clinic pediatrics, moving soon to new building between Redmond, Bypass).

Lease rates are $25 to $33.75 per square foot and terms are five to 10 years.

Amenities include lab space, signage, skyway and even a Subway on the ground level. It was built in 2005 off Turner McCall Boulevard with total square footage of 84,265 feet. Another nearby complex, the Kindred Hospital site, is closing April 6 but Floyd Medical Center is leasing some of it.
