This is just another in a series of listings and property sales along Broad Street. Just over a week ago, the sale of 206 Broad St. was finalized. Hardy Realty’s Ginger Alexander was the listing agent on the deal and Jerry Watford, selling agent. The building includes a loft apartment and the first floor retail space that is the current home of Whistle Britches, which will remain a tenant of the building. The building was listed for $748,000. Information on the new owner is not available.
Meanwhile, the sale of the adjacent building at 208 Broad St. (Bistro 208) is continuing. A sale is pending on the building that includes nearly 4,400 square feet of space, as well as 2,000 square feet of unfinished space. It is listed for $599,000. Current tenants Bistro 208 and Dempsey Appraisals have leases to stay where they are once the sale is completed.
