Ana Williamon is bringing her popular rotolos back to Broad Street. Look for Ana’s By the River to open later this month at 315 Broad St., the former home of Duke’s and onetime Greener Burger. The current Ana’s Rotolos Deli at 1817 N. Broad St. will be closing and relocating to the new spot.

“I am just so excited and happy to be back on Broad Street,” she says. “We will be expanding the business. There will be more space and we will have a new patio area with lights. And since we are coming back to Broad Street, I am brining back the name Ana’s By the River. It will be great.”

Williamon previously owned Ana’s By The River at 325 Broad St. (now the Brewhouse Music & Grill). She closed that restaurant in 2005 and later opened a few other spots including Rotolo’s and Ana’s Deli located around Rome. She opened the current restaurant on North Broad Street in December 2018.

“I will be applying for a beer license once we get moved. That will take about 30 days to be licensed,” she says. “And we will be adding some new menu items as well as all our traditional favorites.”

Williamon will be hiring additional staff for the new location. You can apply at the current location between 11 a.m.. and 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Facebook page
