Myrtle Hill Ceremony begins at 11 a.m. Monday: The annual Laying of the Wreaths ceremony is set fort Veterans Plaza at Myrtle Hill Cemetery beginning at 11 a.m.

Cave Spring remembrance set for 11 a.m. at the gazebo at the downtown square. Included are a short service, music and the laying of a wreath.


Cartersville Veterans’ Day Ceremony: A Rememberance Service for all of our nation’s Veterans at American Legion Post 42 Carl Boyd, 525 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, in Cartersville on Monday at 11 a.m. The event will feature the Cass High School Band and JROTC and Carl Boyd Post 42 Honor Guard. The Master of Ceremony will be Post 42 Cmdr/ Michael Schwartz and guest speaker will be GA 7th District CMDR Chauncey Fowler. A luncheon will follow at 12 p.m. All guests are welcome.


Cedartown residents will have a chance to honor local veterans and fellowship with them at the 2019 Cedartown Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Cedartown Veterans Park on East Avenue. The keynote speaker will be Col. Jim Glaze.
