OUTLOOK

...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FOR CENTRAL GEORGIA AND PORTIONS OF
NORTH GEORGIA FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures in the low 30s expected.

* WHERE...Central Georgia and portions of north Georgia, along and
  south of a line from Summerville to Adairsville to Cumming to
  Homer.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.

FORECAST

Sunday: Areas of frost before 9am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 66. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Veterans Day: Partly sunny, with a high near 67. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Monday Night: A chance of showers between 8pm and 2am, then rain likely after 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 37. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Tuesday: Rain likely, mainly before 8am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 23.
