THE LATEST ON DORIAN
Coastal Georgia is still under tropical storm and hurricane warnings as Dorian begins a more northerly track. As of 5 a.m. Thursday, winds were at 115 mph and it was moving north at 8 p.m. It was around 80 miles south-southeast of Charleston.
A Storm Surge Warning is in effect for the Savannah River to Poquoson, Va.
