HURRICANE DORIAN

As of this afternoon, Hurricane Dorian’s winds were down to 110 mph as the storm was drifting northwest at 2 mph. All of Georgia’s coast remains under a storm surge warning as well as a tropical storm warning. Dorian’s winds and rain are expected Wednesday and Thursday along our coast.

“A mandatory evacuation is in effect for individuals east of I-95 in Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Glynn, Liberty, and McIntosh counties due to #HurricaneDorian. Contraflow of I-16 will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Now is the time to put your emergency plan into action. Stay tuned to your local news and follow all guidance from your local emergency management officials.”
