Northwest Georgia’s real estate market continues to sizzle this month: An upscale, private river side retreat on about 6 acres at 575 North River Road just sold for $1,335,000. The sale was handled by Bill Temple of Toles, Temple and Wright. It is the second largest sale in May following a 70-acre home/farm at 2836 Old Dalton Road that sold for $1,347,833 earlier this month.
