Northwest Georgia’s red-hot real estate market just added another milestone: A nearly 70-acre home/farm at 2836 Old Dalton Road — including nearly 7,500 square feet under roof — just sold for $1,347,833 million. Kimberly Prusakowski of Hardy Realty was the selling agent and the listing agent was Brooke Brinson, also from Hardy.  The last home to sell for more than $1 million was on April 7, 2017 — a $1.8 million deal at 1669 Wax Road in Silver Creek at $1.8 million.
