Buzz: County school board sets called meeting. Regional commission seeks your feedback for Work Program analysis.
Think regional when answering this survey: The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (www.nwgrc.org) is updating the Northwest Georgia Regional Plan, including regional Goals, Needs and Opportunities, and a new Work Program as required by state law.
The Northwest Georgia Regional Council, made up of local elected officials (mayors and county commissioners), oversees this update, and is seeking public input into the region’s needs and opportunities, such as broadband, access to trails and natural resources, or appearance and community investment.
This is an opportunity for each community in our 15-county region to let their voices be heard! We are asking each one to please take the survey, What Northwest Georgia Needs Most? at www.nwgrc.org/survey, and share widely with all your family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
Thank you, and please let us know if we can send more information on the survey or the Regional Plan update. Please also visit us online at http://www.nwgrc.org/regional-plan-update/ or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/NorthwestGeorgiaRegionalCommission
