Our rainfall since midnight is now at 1.12 inches with more on the way. Gusts during the height of the midday storm: 23 mph. No power outages,  however.

In Cartersville, close to an inch of rain since midnight.

FORECAST

Tuesday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 3pm, then a chance of showers. Areas of fog before 10am. High near 64. South wind 10 to 15 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
