Early spring on the way? Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this morning (Groundhog Day) so the legend says we can expect an early spring. We didn’t reference check Phil on whether he had a forecast for last week for Northwest Georgia (snow or no snow).
However: WMAZ reports General Beauregard saw his shadow, which means six more weeks of winter.
