The wind chill is going to be an issue through today and into Thursday morning especially as colder temperatures mix with high winds and considerable gusts. Current projections show a wind chill of 19 to 20 degrees early Thursday (4- 7 a.m. or so), according to the National Weather Service. Also: Half inch or more of rain starting Saturday morning.
