Melissa Ann “Boosie” Banks-Arnold was born on July 17, 1969 to Margaret Ann Banks and Arthur Lee Stephens, in Cartersville, Georgia. She was raised in Kingston and Rome, Georgia and educated in the Rome City School System. At an early age Melissa showed her tendency for caring for others.
