OUTLOOK

Patchy dense fog this morning through noon, then partly sunny, high near 66. More rain expected on Wednesday and cooler, high of 53. Additional rainfall is expected through the end of the week, with a potentially strong storm system affecting the area late Thursday into Friday. Flooding will continue to be the primary concern due to the already wet soils and high runoff from periods of rain. More details will be provided on this system over the next couple of days.
