Redmond Regional’s new urgent care center on Turner McCall already on the market; Cartersville office as well: The East Rome medical office, including 3,400 square feet under roof at the intersection of East Ninth Street, is on the market for $2,084,509, according to the commercial real estate site LoopNet. A joint project with Redmond Regional Medical Center (HCA) and SmartCare Medical Group, the complex comes with a lease with the medical center through 2029.
Construction also is under way on Cartersville Medical Center’s urgent care office on Main Street near Main Street Marketplace. It, too, is on the market for $2,816,363, according to a listing with Stan Johnson Co. (which also has the Redmond East Rome property). Cartersville Medical and Redmond are part of HCA.
In both cases, the developer is offering the sites for sale.
