Christmas Day church services. Plus: Key closings, who’s open.

Christmas Day

  • 10 a.m. Christmas Mass (English)
  • Noon: Christmas Mass (Spanish)

St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 42 Ash St., Rome.

  • Christmas Day Holy Communion service at 10 a.m.

Closed Christmas (or longer)

  • City of Rome offices. What to know: Monday’s garbage, recycling, and yard cart route will be serviced Wednesday. Tuesday’s garbage, recycling and yard cart route will be serviced on Thursday. Thursday and Friday’s garbage and recycling route will be serviced on Friday. There will be no yard carts serviced on Friday.
  • City of Cartersville offices will be closed Christmas Day. Those with trash/recycling on those days will receive pick-up on Wednesday, along with the regular Wednesday schedule
  • Floyd County tax office. Closed.
  • Small Business Development Center, Rome: “We will be closed all next week for Christmas. Feel free to leave us a voicemail or email – we will respond as soon as possible when we reopen on Dec. 31 and Jan. 2. You can reach us at 706-622-2006 or email us at
  • Harbin Clinic Immediate Care Rome will be closed on Christmas Day (Tuesday). All other Harbin Clinic locations will be closed on Christmas Day.

  • Foundry Growler Station: Open Christmas with a limited menu, 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
