Thousands of Berry Alumni came home this weekend for Mountain Day Festivities. The Mountain Day weekend, a celebration of Martha Berry’s birthday and the college’s homecoming, is celebrated on the first Saturday in October to honor the college’s founder. A tradition lasting over a century, students, faculty and staff, alumni, friends and families are welcome to participate in various events and activities throughout the weekend. Organizers predicted some 7,000-plus visitors throughout the weekend. Details

From Berry College: We had a blast up on the Mountain this afternoon! It was a hot day for a Grand March, but we had a great time. Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in our annual homecoming tradition! Photos below are from Berry College. Click here for more.
