Stanton Industrial is the name of a 750,000-square-foot industrial warehouse proposed on nearly 49 acres in the city of Adairsville, according to a development of regional impact statement filed with the state. The estimated value of the project is $45 million with annual taxes of $504,000. It is expected to generate 1,250 trips to and from each day.
The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission will review the application from C2 Partners LLC of Cartersville, which lists a completion date of Aug. 1, 2020.
A C2 Partners representative said there is “nothing we can really talk about yet.”
An update on the Mountain Brook phase II project we noted last week is out — and it is a whopper. The updated development of regional impact statement shows an estimated total value — at build out — of $232 million, paying annual taxes in excess of $6.26 million. The project also would generate up to 11,200 trips per day. Some 910 homes are planned and senior housing is mentioned in the initial application as well.
