Cartersville’s annual Fourth of July parade rolled through downtown Cartersville Wednesday morning. This year’s Grand Marshal was 104-year-old Roy Bethune who served five years in the Army during World War II. Following the parade, the July 4th Celebration continued at Dellinger Park for arts & crafts, children’s activities and entertainment leading up to the fireworks finale.
